I am a professional chef, I went to culinary school and got my degree in New York City at The Institute of Culinary Education. I have been working as a chef for the last 7 years and in 2017 I decided to move to Bali to work and learn about new food and cultures. My joy is making amazing delicious food that brings joy to other people. I have learned many cuisines from around the world including French, Italian, American fine dining, Australian cafe.
My secret in the kitchen is using the best ingredients possible and treating them with respect to make them shine. It is all about making amazing, delicious food that brings joy to other people.
