learning from many chefs I met, starting from the taste, and the authenticity of the food itself with the use of excellent techniques and selection of ingredients such as spices, citrus, chilies, and umami-rich soybeans which are the hallmarks of my expertise in highlighting Asian foods such as Vietnamese, Thai, and Indonesian.

At the same time, I have become an expert in combining mainly western, working at best steak restaurants in Indonesia as a head chef is part of the expertise in processing high-quality steaks or dry aged for over 6 years, by collaborating Mediterranean cuisine and use of spices and herbs such as oregano, thyme, and olive oil.

My unique ability is to integrate these two culinary traditions which allows for innovative fusion dishes that respect the heritage of both regions, while also offering exciting new flavor combinations. Whether crafting classic recipes or experimenting with modern fusion, I have remained committed to showcasing the best of both Pan-Asian, Western blended Mediterranean cuisines.

What an amazing night. We arranged a surprise dinner to celebrate my parents' 25th wedding anniversary. Our family was incredibly impressed by the food and service from Chef Kadek and his assistant. Chef Kadek provided a customised Mediterranean style menu, taking into account dietary requirements and minor menu adjustments. Chef brought almost all of his own equipment, including a charcoal grill, to prepare some of the most delicious food. The fresh caught fish was a highlight. This was my first time hiring a private chef, but will absolutely do so again. An incredible night with family and delicious food. Thanks Chef!

Kadek was amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious and plentiful. All of our local Balinese meals after this experience paled next to Kadek's amazingly crafted local menu.
