I am graduated from state academy of tourism in Bandung - Indonesia majoring Food Production Management and I had working experience as chef trainee in Oberoi Hotel lombok,
I had more then 10 years working experience as a chef and business owner in Bandung and also few years on board as a head chef.
I also top 10 in Hells Kitchen Indonesia as Team Captain and i am working in a 4 stars hotel in bogor as Exc.Chef and I am still exploring and learning more about Indonesian food deeper and mixing and matching western menus with attractive appearances and taste.
