Chef was absolutely incredible. We picked him because we wanted a variety of more local cuisine and he did the most incredible job. We had him for lunches and dinners for a week and he gave us an enormous variety of local cuisine. We had two young children with us and he catered for them as well brilliantly. He was polite and thoughtful and efficient. He came with a helper most days who assisted with laying the table and washing up. We didn’t want a menu sent to us as we wanted to be surprised but he did offer to send things in advance if we wanted. We had a wide range of curries, local dishes, and other Asian dishes. Also he makes the most incredible kombucha which he brought for us each day. He accommodated requests graciously and was flexible with timings on the days. We couldn’t have been happier with him and wish we could take him home with us. We are so lucky to have had him and it was such a treat not having to cook for the whole week. We also had lots of left overs which we could snack on during the week. If you’re reading this- hire him! It’s worth it!

Absolutely amazing experience! We had the pleasure of having Chef’s Dadi cook for us for the week, and every single meal was a hit. The food was not only incredibly flavorful, but also healthy and beautifully presented. You can really tell how much care and expertise goes into everything they prepare. On top of that, they were always punctual, super friendly, and made the entire week feel so effortless and enjoyable. Truly elevated our entire stay—highly recommend and would absolutely work with them again!

We're absolutely glad that we chose Chef I Nyoman to be our private chef for our wedding dinner reception! He always responds so quickly, and was very flexible to the changes that we requested to the proposal. We were beyond impressed at not just the fine and balanced delicious flavour of the dishes, but also the plating and presentation. Although we didn't get to interact with him much in person, but we all had a wonderful time, and we would most definitely engage him again if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much Chef, and all the best for all your future endeavours!
