Chef Nyoman was absolutely incredible, both in manner and in his excellent food - I would recommend this experience to anyone, worth every penny!

Chef was absolutely incredible. We picked him because we wanted a variety of more local cuisine and he did the most incredible job. We had him for lunches and dinners for a week and he gave us an enormous variety of local cuisine. We had two young children with us and he catered for them as well brilliantly. He was polite and thoughtful and efficient. He came with a helper most days who assisted with laying the table and washing up. We didn’t want a menu sent to us as we wanted to be surprised but he did offer to send things in advance if we wanted. We had a wide range of curries, local dishes, and other Asian dishes. Also he makes the most incredible kombucha which he brought for us each day. He accommodated requests graciously and was flexible with timings on the days. We couldn’t have been happier with him and wish we could take him home with us. We are so lucky to have had him and it was such a treat not having to cook for the whole week. We also had lots of left overs which we could snack on during the week. If you’re reading this- hire him! It’s worth it!

Chef Nyoman's food was delicious. Suitable for adults and children. He was initiatve to come earlier to beat the new year eve's traffic jam. He also cooked more of the kids' menu when we commented that the adults should leave some for the kids. Chef was polite and professional. The beef was succulent and the prawn and fish were fresh.

We hired a chef for our Christmas diner in Bali. Nyoman and his colleague weten very kind and clean. They also brought extra cutlery and plates like we asked. The food was great and they cleaned the kitchen very good. Loved it!
