I bring together the rich flavors and diverse cooking techniques from these two distinct culinary traditions. With years of experience in professional kitchens, I have masterfully blended the bold, spicy, and aromatic elements of Pan-Asian cooking with a distinct focus on using fresh, vibrant, and wholesome ingredients.
Drawing inspiration from countries across Southeast Asia — such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan — I have excelled at crafting balanced and flavorful dishes that highlight ingredients like fresh herbs, citrus, chilies, and umami-rich soy and miso. From intricate sushi rolls and noodle dishes to fragrant curries, I ensure each plate tells a story of authentic Asian cuisine.
With over 14 years of international culinary experience, I have honed the skills in some of the most prestigious kitchens around the world. Notably, I have spent a significant portion of my career in one of Michelin-starred restaurant in Bangkok, a renowned establishment celebrated for its innovative approach to ancient Thai food.
At the same time, I also have proficiency in Mediterranean cooking focusing on the vibrant tastes of Greece, Italy, Spain, and Turkey. Specializing in dishes that bring out the brightness of local olive oils, fresh vegetables, multiple varieties of seafood, and leaner cuts of meat without ever sacrificing flavor, I have created wholesome meals infused with the region’s signature spices and herbs such as oregano, rosemary, and saffron.
My unique ability is to integrate these two culinary traditions which allows for innovative fusion dishes that respect the heritage of both regions, while also offering exciting new flavor combinations. Whether crafting classic recipes or experimenting with modern fusion, I have remained committed to showcasing the best of both Pan-Asian and Mediterranean cuisines.
