With experiences running various functions and stations of international 4 star and 5 star hotel groups such as the Ritz Carlton as well as the Pullman Hotels and Resorts. Asian cuisine is my specialty especially indonesian food. currently, i own and a chef at an indonesian restaurant which specializes in oxtail soup.
