I have had extensive career experience working as Executive Chef for the last 15 years. I began my culinary career in 1989, I have varied background from Italian cuisine, Asian cuisine, Western cuisine, Gastronomy, and many fusion or deconstructions dishes, had the pleasure of experiencing many genres of food services and catering.

My experience includes successfully conceptualizing and developing innovative menus to optimize client satisfaction including staff scheduling, training, forecasting, inventory control and financial management.

My success in managing all aspects of large scale kitchen and food & beverages operations, along with my comprehensive expertise in developing and managing.
