I am a highly accomplished and results-oriented chef with more than 5 years of experience in conceptualizing, developing and implementing innovative menus to optimize the guest satisfaction. I have worked at Mandarin Oriental, Carlton Pacific Place and currently at William's SCBD in Jakarta. I have earned a Gold medal in a national level cooking competition. (La Cuisine Competition in Plated Dessert category, Best Dessert in 2nd La Cuisine Competiton in Plated Dessert category)

So far is very professional

Andy cooked for our family lunch. Everyone enjoyed every dish Andy prepared. It was fantastic from the beginning to the end. The experience was almost like having fine dining in a five star restaurant, except that we were having it at home. Andy and team were also responsible for providing cooking tools, eating utensils and most importantly they left our kitchen spotless. Thank you very much for the experience. We definitely recommend Andy.
