Chef At Home In UbudIn Love with the culinary world for over 20 years,
Grown up in Como "Lake Como" after graduate at the hospitality school I've started my carrier in hotel Villa d'Este
and continued at Carlton hotel St. Moritz and Royal Splendid in Lugano,
Then I move to Uk working few years with great michelin star Chefs follow by Spain where I end up opening my own restaurant in 2005,
After 3 Years I wanted to discover Asia and I've got a great opportunity to work at hotel Mulia been the Chef of "Il Mare" from 2009 till 2013,
"La Luce" in SCBD the followings years establishing on of the best Italian restaurant in town.
After a decade in Jakarta centre was time for me to move in a greener and calm area till today.
I'm the Chef & owner of a De Boni cucina in Gading Serpong.
