Hello Everyone im a proud Argentinian Chef.
I have been in the food service industry for 10 non-consecutive years but have been in a kitchen since I was 7 years old.
I could said I began to find my vocation when I was very young.
Throughout these last 4 years I worked in different countries and different kitchens where I learned more about other cuisines and I learned something very important I learned how to lead a kitchen.
I have a great interest in new opportunities since I consider it a great opportunity to improve my experience and knowledge.
