I ask: Do you like the food?, If they answer, yes. Then I offer more. If they don´t want more, I answer, then you don´t like it.
When I decide to go to culinary school I was not expecting how much would I like the real job. One side is the school time, but then when you are in a real job, everything change and make you think more and show your real habilities.
I like to take challenges and get out of my confort zone, learn and work in team to achieve a main goal.

It became a lifestyle, I start cooking for family and friends. Then they encourage me to take to the next level. 9 years later I keep going.
