Being a Chef was the only job that I could ever picture myself doing. It was matter of call, not the choice for me.

- Croatian Chamber of Trades and Arts Split; Master chef title – 2015
After
finishing high school, I have been trying to find the opportunity to work in surrounding that will enable me to develop professionally, to expand my knowledge by allowing to introduce new ideas and new approaches, to pass the borders of standard menus in the restaurants. For that reason, the chef on the charter yacht was all that I was looking for. By preparing meals for a certain number of guests, being able to understand their preferences and requirements on a more intensive level than chefs in the restaurant can ever do, I have achieved to enjoy in my work as much as my guests enjoy in the meals that I prepare.
On top of my professional skills, it needs to be mentioned that I am a non-smoker, fluent in English, with 5 years of experience in the same team – loyal to a supportive working environment and colleagues.
