I am a passionate plant-based Chef, who love to indulge people with food that speaks for itself.
I am a vegetarian for more then 10 years, only my love for cheese divides me for being vegan, so I cook how I am living my life. Despite of that fact I am also a professional Chef with a Master Chef degree from 2003, but that was just the beginning of the road. Now, more then ever I am eager to learn as much as I can handle because cooking is my life, my style, my way of thinking. My Family for whom I am cooking every day are my greatest inspiration and support, therefore I try, succed and produce healthy, enviroment-friendly dishes that comforts the soul and are at the same moment eye-catching.
Every day is a new challenge, that's why I know for sure that cooking is not a easy going job, if you want perfection.
So I am into it, because perfect is not good enough.

High school in Opatija, but really when I started to cook on exclusives Yachts in the Mediterranean.
