I love cooking because good food makes me happy and makes other people happy.

I am professional chef with 23 years of experience. I finish culinary school 2002 and I have Bachelor of gastronomy and restaurant management.

Some places where are work are Kempinski Hotel Adriatic, Istria (Sous-chef), Fisherman's house resort, Pula(Sous-chef) Top Hotel Hochgurgl, Austria (Sous-chef), Hotel Vila Rova, Malinska (Executive chef).

As private chef my graetnest strentghs include ability to adapt various challanges. I sources the best and freshest groceries available and strive to fulfill every culinary wish of my guests.
