Good day! I`m a professional chef with over a decade of experience working as a chef here in Croatia. I`m on the break from running our little bistro`s kitchen here in Postira and have decided to bring the atmosphere of my little Dalmatian eatery straight into your home. I`m a specialist in Dalmatian cuisine, so I base my dishes on the traditional ingredients, but with great passion I addapt traditional local flavors and dishes to people with special dietary requirements such as gluten intolerance, AIP protocol etc. Also I am a passionate vegan and vegetarian chef always finding new and interesting ways to incorporate more various ingredients into my clients meals. Working and living here on the island for some time now, I have been influenced by the local cuisine, and the seasonality of the dishes and the ingredients and every season has something interesting to offer.
