Personal Chef In KostanjicaI am a professor of philosophy and Russian and a professional chef and have been running my business for the last 10 years. My food is different from most conventional offerings on the market. I am honored by the honest approach, creativity and cooking of all the cuisines of the world, adapted to our climate. In the last 9 years I have designed and cooked over 1500 completely different dishes. I'm just starting a youth education.
My specialty is the preparation of vegan dishes, I am the only educated cook in Istria. I am also educated in the preparation of gluten-free food, and my basic approach is a highly personalized approach to each guest. I cook seasonal food, I buy groceries from local producers.
