I am self learned chef .From when I was a young girl I was helping my mother in the kitchen of our family restaurant .Later I became the head chef of the restaurant who -managed kitchen staff

-Oversee all kitchen and food operations.

-Developed attractive restaurant menu

My biggest passion is sourcing a fresh products .My family has a family runed farm from where we are sourcing high guality olive oil, vegetables and fruits.

From this year I am also offering a private intimate dinners betwen beautiful olive trees with traditional courses.
