My name is Nikolina Vladislavić, I live on the island Brač. I finished studying gastronomy in Split and Istanbul, and I am professionally engaged in cooking.. In addition to my studies, I gain experience and knowledge by working in hotels and restaurants, as well as by additional education. Culinary, sommelier, confectionary is my passion and profession. The culture of food and beverage around the world is my calling in life, and I am constantly educating myself and improving my knowledge. I love traditional cuisine and rich history of the gastronomy of Dalmatia and the island of Brač itself. The dishes I create are a combination of tradition, creativity and modernity.
