My name is Nikolina Vladislavić, I live on the island Brač. I finished studying gastronomy in Split and Istanbul, and I am professionally engaged in cooking.. In addition to my studies, I gain experience and knowledge by working in hotels and restaurants, as well as by additional education. Culinary, sommelier, confectionary is my passion and profession. The culture of food and beverage around the world is my calling in life, and I am constantly educating myself and improving my knowledge. I love traditional cuisine and rich history of the gastronomy of Dalmatia and the island of Brač itself. The dishes I create are a combination of tradition, creativity and modernity.

Nikolina is an INCREDIBLE chef and is truly worth the money. We were celebrating my friend's 40th birthday. Nikolina went above and beyond just the meal. She brought birthday decor and flowers to add a sweet touch that made everything just that much more special. The food was amazing. We asked for local dishes and she delivered - from the wine to the food to the small touches like locally made marmalade. She also took the time to explain the dishes to us. My friend felt very spoiled - exactly as we hoped! Highly, highly recommend Nikolina. You will not be disappointed.

Chef Nikolina Vladislavić was truly one of the highlights of our entire Croatian experience. We contacted several different chefs to inquire about making a special meal for 11 of us, however from Nikolina's very first message we knew she was the one. Her kindness and attention to detail felt perfect. She exceeded our expectations! So much so that we booked her for dinner again just two nights later, the menu on the second night was completely different yet just as fantastic as the first night. Her food, warmth and presentation were exceptional!! She made 11 people very happy :)

Nikolina was very professional, punctual, polite and delivered the best experience. She even took care of the table, bringing flowers, candles, runners and decoration. The food was cooked with care and passion, the taste was amazing, combining local ingredients with modern cuisine. We especially liked the local anchovies, the buzara shrimps and the rolled orata. We definitely reccomend Nikolina and her cuisine. ????

Nikolina was a delight to to work with. She was prompt, professional, and an amazing chef! From the incredible buratta app to the traditional heavenly dessert, we couldn’t ask for a better experience. She added special touches such as homemade local wine and table settings that took the experience to the next level and made this the highlight of our vacation!

The food and service were incredible. Nikolina was really friendly and went the extra mile on everything, including researching and catering for 1 guest we had with an allergy.
