Hello, I'm Jennara Santurio. My culinary journey began over 10 years ago when I studied at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, California. From there, I had the privilege of working in some of the Bay Area's top Michelin-starred restaurants.
I specialize in creating healthy, modern plant-based dishes, with a particular focus on baking, desserts, fine dining menus, and family-style meals. I’m also well-versed in accommodating special dietary needs, such as gluten-free, keto, and calorie-conscious options, alongside traditional cooking.
While my style draws from flavors around the globe, it’s often described as California fusion with a Mediterranean twist—combining fresh, vibrant ingredients with thoughtful techniques to create unique, memorable dining experiences.
