My name is Filip and I am a professional chef who has been cooking for 10 years. For me, cooking is more than just a job; passion and love for this profession drive me towards new challenges. I began my career at the Trs tavern in Trogir, which is considered one of the best on the coast and also holds a Michelin star. After three summers in Trogir, I moved to the New Star yacht in Zadar, where I spent two seasons learning about various fish and meat specialties as a young chef. On that yacht, I also encountered vegan and vegetarian cuisine. I continued my career at the Nevera Tavern in Split, known for its traditional cuisine with daily fresh ingredients and Dalmatian specialties. I honed my speed and agility at one of Split’s most famous restaurants, Lučica, where I spent almost three years as a chef, and the experience gained there is invaluable. Currently, I work at the new restaurant Level, which focuses on fine dining.
