I am a professional chef with 10 years of experince.
I am Croatian but I also have an italian citizenship.
I finish my school in Rijeka (Croatia) and then I worked in a few Croatian restaurant.
I also lived in Trieste Italy where I also worked. I worked on famous italian ski places.
My biggest passion is cooking and that you can see and feel on my plates.
