I'm professional chef with 17 years experience in culinary world. Worked in the best croatian restaurants and hotels. Finished university for management in tourism and hospitality, Opatija. Interned in a hotel Villa Borghese Rome, michelin star restaurant Assaje. For three years I was a private chef in Croatia for the owner of an international corporation.
