I was born and raised right here in Dubrovnik. In my past years, I have traveled extensively to the most exotic places, always seeking to perfect my cuisine. My curiosity for food dates back to when I was a child and at a very early age dreamed of becoming a chef. It was the scent of different dishes that drew me to the pots. In my professional career, I have been a private yacht chef for five years, worked in restaurants all around Dubrovnik, until finally opening up my private chef business.

My favorite cuisine is Thai but my cooking skills are best honored in Mediterranean and Croatian cuisine.

A great experience. I highly recommend

Dario’s dinner was one of our favorite nights of our entire trip. Everything was absolutely delicious, the table setting was beautiful, he paced the meal well, and was very considerate of the kitchen and home. Everything was left clean. Would absolutely book with him again!

We had such a phenomenal experience with Chef Dario! The food and service were both incredible and he made a birthday celebration just perfect! He also stayed later to get all the food finished and cooked to perfection, and left the kitchen sparkling clean. Thank you Dario. Would highly recommend.

Chef Dario was amazing. The food he prepared was the tastiest I have had in a long time and I am picky so that is saying a lot. He even accommodated my food allergies with ease. The portion sizes were also very generous and we got to spend some time in the kitchen with him as well. You will not regret booking this experience. We felt like kings and queens being wined and dined and you will too.

Dario (and his waiter also Dario) were an absolute pleasure and made our last night in Dubrovnik so special for our bride to be! We booked for 8 guests for a hen do and we could completely relax whilst they took care of everything and they were so friendly and polite! The food was delicious, gorgeously presented and they were able to cater to an array of dietary requirements (veggie, coeliac, dairy free) at very short notice! They cleaned up exceptionally well! Five star! I would definitely reserve again and hopefully experience the BBQ fish next time

We booked Dario to cook a meal for us for a Hen Party at our Villa. His menu was simple and elegant as well as completely delicious. He provided a detailed description of each meal, was very polite and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. I also had to change timings and party numbers last minute due to an earlier mistake (of my own) and Dario was very accommodating. The whole experience was great and we would definitely use Dario again.
