My specialty is traditional Italian cuisine and Neapolitan pizza.
I received professional culinary training in Italy prior coming to Asia.
I have over 10 years working experience in restaurants, pizzeria, food catering companies; and I have spent the past 7 years focusing on Asian market.
I was involved in setting up operation for restaurants in Asia, Hong Kong, China and Mongolia.
My latest projects include hosting private dinner & catering events and giving consultations to F&B business.
