From that moment on, you become the protagonist of an event in which you decide what you want to eat and when you want to eat. Wow Alex was amazing. The best culinary night we had in Greece. He prepared the mixed grill for our family and friends over charcoals with perfectly marinated beef, pork, lamb and sausages. Every detail was taken care of. Loved the grilled baby tomatoes... the homemade BBQ sauce and chimmichuri. He accommodated changes we had in our ferry schedule and the kitchen looked like it had never been used afterwards. Was so much fun dining on our veranda under the stars of Mykonos With Alex. We were staying at a gorgeous villa in Greece for my 30th birthday and we were lucky to have chef James cook us all delicious 3 course Greek inspired dishes! The food was 10/10, started off with a cheese and dips platter & I went with the prawn saganaki as a starter, traditional Greek lamb kleftiko for mains and desserts were deep fried mini donuts, as well a chocolate ice cream cake. SO TASTY! He gave us details about the origins of the dishes which was really interesting, the kitchen was so clean when he left. I will never stop talking about it this meal experience because it was definitely one to remember! Thank you James!
