With a passion for crafting unforgettable gastronomic journeys, I specialize in curating bespoke menus tailored to your unique tastes and preferences.

Originally from Singapore and currently based in Greece, I have extensive culinary experience with a special forte in Asian cuisine, namely Indian and Chinese. I love to experiment with cuisines, flavours and textures. I particularly like highlighting vegetables in a dish and showcasing how vegetables don't have to necessarily equate to basic or boring. Different ways of cooking and eating vegetables and plant-based meals and discovering this across various cuisines have always been a point of intrigue for me. I believe that there truly is no bad dish and that it's very likely that you've just eaten a bad version of the dish instead.
