I am a professional chef for 13 years. In the last 3 years im working as a head chef in 5 star hotel in corfu. Also i have been working as a chef de partie in a michelin star awarded restaurant in London and in some awarded restaurants in Corfu .
I love the mediterranean and the greek cuisine, trying to be always ready to embrace new culinary techniques, keeping flavors contemporary, dynamic and surprising and at the same time as staying rooted in the traditional concepts.
