I am a professional chef with 12 years of experience from bistros to Michelin starred restaurants.

Fermented homemade foods and actual zero waste practices are my philosophy's pillars.

I cook with fermented ingredients as a flavour enhancer, salinity medium and nutritional boost.

Easily adaptable for omnivore, vegetarian and vegan menus.
