professional chef degree from italian school, owned a restaurant for 20 years in greece .knowledge of italian greek and international cuisine.

Salvatore Rossetti is a multicultural chef born in south Italy and grow up in a traditional Mediterranean environment.Once got a diploma from hotel school in Otranto(Lecce),he start to travel around the world getting in touch with tastes from different cultures.He found is”home” in Greece in the island of Corfu.From 2009 he own an Italian restaurant in the village of Roda(PIXIDA ristorante italiano).Here he continue to cultivate a passion for food ,contaminating Italian dishes with a greek touch using fresh products from both countries.His new project is to involve people in knowing different tastes,traditions and cultures through food and wine experiences. he work as private chef in villas in Corfu,providing cooking classes for families,groups or preparing dinner for his guests.
