Strong operations professional graduated from Microsoft.Study at the national tourism institute as a culinary art graduate ,Butcher's academy and greek army chef .

Finished scholarship by Sir Stelios Haji-ioannou (easyJet) and BCA college in Athens as yacht chef.

Working as private yacht chef the last 2 years and collaborating with food companies in Athens as R&D chef.
