Love nature and what gives us, very passionate about what i do with high ambitious goals and dreams.

I am a professional chef with 12 years of experience, specializing in sushi and plant based cuisine, I finished my studies in IEK VERGI now im studying for a hollistic nutritional therapist degree. My dream is to buy a land near Ancient Olympia and turn it into an off grid sustainable farm with a futuristic dining experience.

The last two years i work as the head chef of a famous restaurant in Amsterdam.

I love fermenting products to make them spark and give the full potential to create a blast of flavour and colour.
