I’m a female chef growing food on my farm, promoting sustainable gastronomy with tasty modern Greek-Mediterranean dishes that bring people together.
I am a passionate young chef with a background in modern Greek-mediterranean cuisine, focusing on sustainable gastronomy. I am always seeking opportunities to grow professionally and deliver memorable dining experiences. I love being in nature and gardening, as I see it as an extension of my kitchen. In my garden, I've planted many fruit- and nut trees, as well as plenty of vegetables and herbs that I use for my dinners.
I recently created my own concept, Pam’s Pan, where I host private dinners with conversational topics to create human connections. At the table, people who don't know each other meet, have good food, wine and meaningful conversation. Besides that, I host pop-up tables in nature, cook for birthdays and weddings, or organise foraging walks.
