Chef Nikolas Matziaris

I am a professional chef with 20 years experience in culinary world .I studied at the School of Tourism in Thessaloniki and started my culinary career at Rhodes island where i have been worked at a 5star hotel called Olympic palace. In 2003 i moved in Athens and from then i have passed from many valued restaurants such as Metropolitan hotel, Iridanos hotel, Malvasia, Eleas gi ,Ermion. Also i cooperate with catering services that take place around Athens and greek islands. I love cooking real greek food with influences from French and Italian cuisine.
