Contestant of Master Chef 7, Greece. I've worked as a professional chef since 2011. Regarding my working experience, I've worked in 4 & 5 stars hotels and restaurants, in Greece (Crete) and Finland (Lapland). My basis is on Cretan traditional ways of cooking and fine dinning style inspired by Nordic and Scandinavian cuisines. I'm interested in travelling around the world to visit restaurants and taste flavours of all countries.
In my menus, I'm trying to combine knowledge taken from my experience but I'm also keen on our traditional flavours of Crete.
