In love with the food, passionate and dedicated at the food for make discover new flavour and essence to the people, with my creations.
I'm a professional chef, travelling the world, for learn new recipe, new culture, flavours and traditional authentic recipe.
I spend 2 years in a Michelin star resturant, 10 years total of experiences, last 3 like private chef.
I like the directly contact with the customer, can comunicate with they, and show the step for making amzing dishes, that's the main reason why i change, and from resturant now I'm dedicate at the villa, catering, like private chef.

For me cooking it's all my life, it's transforming Primary elements, in fantastic and delicious products, something like, Chemistry.
I learned to cook at...
I went in catering school in Young age, after that, i decided to keep study reading a lot of book and Practice at work in a lot of restaurants i went.
