I am passionate chef who loves cooking. I can cook many cuisines of the world but my favorite is Mediterranean cuisine (Greek, Italian and Spanish).
my aim is to give my clients the best of the taste in my dishes.
My experience is my guide for customer satisfaction. I have worked in a lot of hotels around the Greek Islands such as Santorini and Mykonos and Crete.
I learned to cook at the Birmingham College of Food Tourism and Creative Studies, and I am currently the Chef the Cuisine at the Sea View Hotel.
