Private Chef In EvosmosI waw working for the Army as a quartermaste but I was alwys dreaming to become a great chef. After 26 years in the army I decided to became a chef. I workd as private chef in Cyprus, as Chef de partie in an Italian style restaurant located at Halkidiki Greece, as a head chef in a restaurant in Germany, as an executive sous chef in a Hotel an the last four years as an executive chef in caterring in Thessaloniki Greece. I took the forth place at the 9th internationa culinary competition of Southern Europe.
