I am an International professional chef with 22 years of experience from five star hotels in Greece to Buddha Bar and catering at event venues and a private Hurlingham club in London. I love experimenting with different ingredients and I’m an expert in Mediterranean, Italian, Pan-Asian and British cuisine.
