I’m a motivate person and I want always to do my best when I cook for my guests.My knowledge is in Mediterranean kitchen and Cretan traditional dishes
I’m a professional chef from 2022, I’m 23 years old and I have a good background in my job. I started in Euphoria resort as a trainee until Demi chef de partie. Also I had make a winter season in Austria in Saalbach, moreover I had make a part time in molos restaurant and I had a good experience in fish. Last summer season I was working as a chef de partie at Ikos resort in corfu i was working in kerkyra restaurant the menu was from the famous chef Botrini. Now I’m working in Austria in a Michelin star restaurant and in summer I will be in Santorini I will work in koukoumavlos restaurant executive chef is a Michelin star chef Botrinis.
