I am professional Sushi Chef.

I have 7 years experience in general, 5 of them I do only Sushi.

I find this cuisine very interesting and always trying to combine japanese techniques with flavours from all over the world.

I always prefer to buy fish from local fishermen and process them with different techniques, because if you can do it correctly you have zero waste of the protein.

For me, cooking is...

my ''ikigai''. That means the reason to wake up and start your day.

I learned to cook at...

my house. I always felt curious about this profession, so I did a lot of flavour experiments and read a lot of cook books.

Very professional organised Chef. The menu was delicious and according what we have chosen very special. The Chef was polite and in the end he left leaving the kitchen cleaner than before. Excellent!

Ο σεφ ήταν εξαιρετικός μας εξήγησε για το κάθε πιάτο που έφτιαχνε χωρίς να τον ενοχλεί και παρόλο που είχαμε δύο παιδιά στα πόδια του οι μερίδες μεγάλες και χορταστικές τα υλικά φρέσκα τα άνοιξε όλα μπροστά μας από το την παρασκευή των πιάτων μέχρι το σερβίρισμα άψογα σίγουρα θα ήθελα ξανά να δοκιμάσω τον σεφ και σε άλλα πιάτα .Η κουζίνα στο τέλος έμεινε πιο καθαρή από ότι ήταν στην αρχή
