My name is Yiannis Panagiotou and i cook all of my life.
I start to work in restaurant business and studing culinary arts and professional cooking at the age of 20 in a private institute in Athens.
The next 10 years i was workin in great restaurants next to great chefs of greece learning technics and the secrets of cooking.
After that i worked as a head chef in many restaurant and 5 stars hotels around Region of Epirus and as a professor in culinary shools.
My culinary journey never stops,i'm seacking for new recipies with the freshiest ingredients making unforgettable tastes based in greek tradition but with a modern look.
Looking for new challenges i would like to serve you with my team and i hope to give a memorable meal based on what you like and your needs!!!
