Local Professional Chef born on the island of Kefalonia with many years of experience in fine dining restaurants and luxury Hotels around the world. I returned to cook on the island and evaluate every raw material of my place. I grow my own vegetables, making my own olive oil and I pick only local sourced fish and meat from very small local people targeting the best quality you can possibly taste on the island. With respect of nature and focusing on sustainability my clear goal its just making my guests as passionate as I am for local gastronomy. Carefully selected and fresh ingredients, unpretentious and real cooking techniques blend with proper service, an extensive list of wines and cocktails that offers you something as we describe as heavenly feast! My philosophy is based on Greek hospitality and the main goal is to create unforgettable memories, unique moments and wide smiles!!!
