Chef Georgios Sovolos

My name is George Sovolos

and I was born in 1986 in Greece.

At the age of 16 I had already decided the job I would follow.

I actually turned my hobby into a profession.

i started working for the 5 star hilton hotel and quickly progressed to a là cart restaurants in athens.

A few years ago I decided that I needed more freedom so that I could be more creative.

So I started working for villas as a private chef successfuly and also on moror yachts.

Suddenly my Greek taperapento unfolded and I immediately felt that I was in the place that suits me.

As a Greek I love the sea, good food, and offering hospitality to my guests.

I am a team player and

i believe that if you want to reach the top, you need help from good partners.

At work I am particularly adaptable, I like cleanliness and organization and I love to develop my skills.

As a character I am calm and can easily manage stressful situations.

i like the humor and the interaction with the guests.

i love to cook mediterranean cuisine but i can also be good at international cuisine.
