Cooking is my life.when cooking i travel back to my childhood and the result is magical!!
I am a professional chef who has graduated from the Institute of Vocational on Culinary Arts in Rhodes, Greece.
Chef with love and respect for my work preparing delicious, healthy dishes using organic products, local ingredients, and herbs of Mediterranean cuisine.
I am a member of the Chef club Dodekanese and the Cyclades and have worked in 5-star hotels and a la carte restaurant.
