With 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, my love for cooking runs deep in my family, as I grew up surrounded by talented cooks—my grandmother and my mother. My passion for food, especially Cretan cuisine, led me on a long journey across Greece and abroad, where I worked in numerous restaurants and collaborated with renowned chefs.

After this incredible journey, I decided to return to Crete to share my experience, offering authentic flavors and the magic of Cretan hospitality to those who wish to sit around my table and taste tradition through my hands.
