I've been worked as private chef in France for 4 years and the last 4 seasons in the Three Valleys and south of France, which I fell in love with.

Before I worked in the Hospitality in the Dolomites and on the Garda lake, Italy, where I was born. I grew up in Dolomites within the culinary experience.

I left the big restaurant because I prefer to devote myself to preparing handmade food, with more care and precision, collaborating with the best local producers, trying to reduce the waste and always remaining in a more familiar and relaxing atmosphere with a direct contact with my customers.
