I am a professional Chef -Pastry Chef up to 10 years.I had worked to hotels ,restaurants I was owner of my own bakery etc . I know to cook international cuisine ,Greek modern and traditional cuisine and pastries .I studied culinary school in Greece .I am also American citizen ,I worked to USA few months ,and I learned a lot about their cuisine and Mexican cuisine also .

With many years of experience in catering and hospitality, we completely undertake the planning and management of a restaurant, from the creation of the menu to the evaluation and training of the staff.

My stint in the kitchens of iconic restaurants and hotels around the world, my collaborations with great chefs and my international awards, make up the instilled knowledge of a professional.
