Chef Dimitris Anagnostopoulos

Chef Dimitris was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. For starters I asked for a specific collection of dishes to be prepared, and not only was he the only chef who prepared a menu to my request in the initial proposals, he also added a local flair to the dishes that was outstanding. Every dish he served starting with the salad was perfect! The appetizers were local cuisine that has a combination of flavors I had never had before! The worst part about eating them is that I doubt I will have something as flavorful back in the United States when I return. The ribeye and lobster was cooked to absolute perfection. The ribeye was delicately seasoned and paired with a beet root sauce/purée that caught me by surprise on how good it was, and how well it paired with the steak. The finishing touch was an orange pie desert that was a perfect close to the meal. Thank you to the Chef for a perfect meal! If you are looking for a Chef on here, look no further than Chef Dimitris. Also…quick fun fact. At the close of our meal he casually and humbly mentioned he had just left a local chef cooking competition and was going to be on TV later that evening…we actually got to watch him compete an hour after he finished our meal! So when you book him…you are getting a true profesional in the craft!
