Experienced Private chef with michelin training eager to take you on a culinary journey at your Villa or Yacht
am a professional chef with 12 years experience. I studied at the prestigious Westminster Kingsway college in London where I won several national competitions, including "Student chef of the year" for the British Turkey awards, Schwartz flavour challenge, and was one of the top students in my class.
While at college, I was offered a job at a Michelin Star restaurant called L"Autre Pied
where I worked for 1 year learning many skills. After this I worked as a private chef in the French Alps, where I combined my passion for cooking and skiing. I became the executive chef for the company I worked with, and I was responsible for creating all the menus across our chalets, training and budgeting. From there I then started cooking for UHNW people on their private yachts where I learned many different types of cuisines from around the world. I also got to travel to many interesting and beautiful places.
After 7 years on the yachts I am now returning back to my home island of Zakynthos and hoping to share everything I learned and give you an unforgettable experience with my culinary skills
