I am a professional chef for 13 years. I worked 10 years at SOFITEL ATHENS AIRPORT.Now I am the executive chef at Ibis Styles Athens Routes. I 've also worked in many catering and various other hotels as an extra cook. I also had the pleasure to go on a "mission" at SOFITEL Malabo Sippopo for a month where they held daily a buffet for 700 persons plus the Ivory coast team during the Copa Africa event.
